Place the item back in its original Yufid Store packaging, ensuring all labels, hangtags, and the invoice are included to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Product
Send the package to our warehouse address using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
